About DOL Scape / Methodology
DOL Scape combines supplied DOL scores with collected social posts from X, LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and Bluesky. A relevant post contains approved topic matches in its extracted terms. Inclusion is not clinical endorsement or manual verification.
Evidence date filters do not recalculate scores. Domain counts may overlap. Collection coverage is available in Data Coverage.
Metric definitions and coverage
KPIs describe the filtered discovery cohort, including DOLs with no relevant posts when shown. Relevant posts are raw rows whose Key_Hash contains at least one approved mapping term. Relevance does not imply clinical endorsement or manual verification.
Ranking uses Grand Total DOL Score for All platforms and the named platform Total Score for an individual platform. Scores are not averaged or added in this app.
Domain percentages describe the sum of supplied domain counts; domains may overlap. Reach is the largest available account follower count, not a deduplicated audience. Source refresh time is unavailable.

How ranking works
Rank is based on score, highest first; relevant posts break score ties. Exact ties share a rank. Filters and table sorting preserve rank within the selected platform. DOLs with no relevant posts or unavailable scores are unranked.
How ER & Cadence are calculated
Engagement Rate (ER %): Calculated as Total Relevant Interactions (Likes + Comments + Shares) ÷ (Followers × Relevant Posts) × 100. On video/views-based platforms (e.g., YouTube), ER is calculated as (Likes + Comments) ÷ Views × 100.
Posting Cadence: Calculated as Disease-Relevant Posts ÷ Active Months, where active months is the span from the DOL's first to last relevant post (minimum 1 month). Expressed as posts per month (posts/mo).

DOL scores use the supplied totals. Evidence date filters do not recalculate scores. Clinical, treatment and health economics figures count mapping-matched posts and can overlap.
